Get cheetah fabric, and ask your mom to help you, and cut your frame sort of dress. And then make rigid edges on the bottom. You could also add sparkles if you like.

I won’t wear anything TIGHT fitted or real short, or anything that shows my shoulders. So….honestly. Ohhhh no that’s a cute costume…..it’s meant for anyone no matter what size girl you are. Costumes don’t merely have to be limited to how big or small you are. If the costume is something you like and you want to show your uniqueness and personality then why should other people’s opinions get in your way. You truly have to be yourself. F*ck what other people think about you. It’s your time to have fun no matter what size girl you are.
